Cookie Policy

This site keeps things simple: no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. Here's exactly what we do store.

Last updated August 23, 2026

What we mean by cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data a website can ask your browser to store, usually to remember who you are between visits. This page also covers local storage, a similar browser feature we use instead of a cookie in one specific case, described below.

Essential cookies

This site doesn’t currently set any strictly necessary cookies. There’s no login, no cart, and no session to maintain, so there’s nothing that requires one.

Analytics

We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page load performance. It’s built to be cookie-free — it doesn’t set a cookie in your browser, and it doesn’t track you across other sites. It reports aggregate performance numbers, not individual visitor behavior.

Your cookie preference

When you first visit, a small banner asks whether you’re okay with optional analytics. Whatever you choose is saved in your browser’s local storage, under the key reframe-cookie-consent, so we don’t ask again on your next visit. This is the only thing this site stores in local storage.

Controlling cookies and local storage in your browser

You’re always in control of what your browser stores, independent of anything on this page:

  • Most browsers let you view and delete stored data under Settings → Privacy
  • You can block cookies and local storage entirely, though this may affect how some sites function
  • Private/incognito windows generally clear this data automatically when closed

Clearing your browser’s local storage for this site will simply bring the preference banner back on your next visit.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add a tool that does use cookies, we’ll update this page to reflect it before it goes live. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information more broadly.
